sheesh

This has pretty much been a day from H-E-double hockey sticks. Ugh. I
want to press the FastForward button and get it over with as soon as
possible. It started out this morning when I never heard my alarm go
off. Yep, I overslept. Lovely. I rushed to get ready and then checked
online for two minutes before running out the door. I was doubly
annoyed by this because I had to stop at Shop-Rite on my way to work in
order to pick up more tea. I used my last tea bag yesterday and didn't
want to pay for a cup here when I can get a whole box of it for cheap at
the grocery store. I ran into Shop-Rite and got it as quickly as I
could and then hit the road again. Now at this point I'm already behind
my usual time, but that's ok because I'm always extra early. Well, that
"earliness" disappeared when I got stuck on Macopin Road in horrendous
traffic! It took 25 minutes to go 2 miles! Needless to say, I was
flipping out. I still had 30 minutes ahead of me to drive. It was so
tempting to turn around and go home. I made it in to work a few minutes
late and was so aggravated because every road I hit today was filled
with moronic drivers. Sheesh..

Then .... To make it an even more enjoyable day... I'm in
purgatory. Yeah. Ugh. I'm trying to do some reading for Bio
but my brain keeps wandering. I have to read two chapters by Saturday.
I'm just over half way through the first. But it's snoresville, let me
tell ya.

I'm sleepy.

Ron got a call back from a personnel agency. They wanted to let him
know that they received his resume and would be reviewing it over the
next day or so. I think that's a good sign. Hopefully they'll call him
back soon with a job offer... Or hopefully ANY of the places call him
back soon! He's planning on hitting Hamburg Tpke and Wayne today to
look for more possible places to apply. Fun. I'm sure he's also going
to be calling the cable company to make more complaints. He did call
yesterday and they officially declared our town a "problem area". Huh.
After three weeks of us complaining, and it is just now considered a
problem. That's so annoying. I wish they'd just get it fixed already!

Well, at least it's almost lunch time. But with the day I'm having,
I'll probably spill food all over myself or something.
