May: Well, tonight's the night... I get abducted by aliens inducted into Lambda Pi Eta.

June: I can't believe how beautiful this state is. **(while in MN)**

July: Today is the mid-point of the year.

August: All these celebrity challenge/reality/whatever type of shows are really getting out of control!

2007 has officially arrived. What a nice start too. At midnight neighbors from a bunch of streets around started shooting off fireworks. It was so pretty! They had the big fireworks too, not just the little ones. It was like going somewhere to see them except that I didn't have to go anywhere.

The wine is so delicious. We opened the bottle that Steph and Dave gave us for our anniversary. Mmm. It's so good! I just wish I had my automatic wine opener but alas, it has not arrived yet. But I'm sure I'll find other times to use it.

Happy New Year!

15 minutes left in 2006. One street over someone was shooting off really pretty fireworks about 5-10 minutes ago. I think his watch is slightly off. Shouldn't those have been saved for midnight? I'd think so.

Well the wine is open and ready to be poured to toast the new year. Now we're just awaiting the countdown.

We watched POTC2 tonight and some of the extra features. That was fun. Jeff picked up Gracie around 6. I can't believe how weird it feels to not have a dog here now. I know she was only here since Wednesday but we both got used to having a dog around. I think Ron's definitely getting interested in having a dog of our very own. He told my sister to keep an eye out, but he said he wanted to wait until spring. We'll see.
