Gerard Butler Law Abiding Citizen Interview
I FOUND DEAR OH-SO-SEXAY ALAN'S EVER CHARMING SMILE DOWN IN NUMBER 83!
Hee should've gotten a better rating but still! He beat our Chris Evans for crying out loud, who's years younger and still has all that six-pack thing going on. Al Pacino and Warren Beatty were among the others he beat out.
So of course, I shall share.

HERE@WONTDOTHAT
PUBLIC 2 DAYS
Wishing everyone a happy, healthy, safe, non-stressed day! I'll be up at my dad's cooking dinner for him, his friend Ty and me. I should say, "finishing cook dinner" because I've been cooking for the last two days. :-) I don't get to cook fancy food or cook for other people very often, and when I do, I pull out all the stops. I made homemade jellied cranberry sauce, starting with a bag of fresh cranberries, a couple of weeks ago, because that keeps. On Tuesday I made honey-ginger sweet potatoes and little apple-blueberry tarts (kind of a long story there, but they turned out great, and I picked both the blueberries and the apples myself and put them up for the winter). Today I made green beans and pearl onions (both fresh, so I had to peel all those little onions, *sniff*) in alfredo sauce (because I happened to have the ingredients), stuffing and reduced stock for the gravy. Tomorrow, I'll make the turkey, gravy and mashed potatoes and reheat everything else (viva la microwave!). Whew! What a feast!
And just in the nick of time, too, because the cats have figured out that the turkey is in the refrigerator. Every time I open the door I have to extricate a cat to close it!

Without further ado, Randomizer was consulted to find two winners and this is what it said: 26, 90 (tried to copy the graph but LJ is acting up and it kept giving me errors on the entire post, so I gave up).
Those entries turned out to be: Chanelle Loftness and Aimee Saunders. Congrats! Hope you enjoy the book as much as I did :).
To everyone else, sorry you didn't win but I leave you with the consolation prize of my favorite Thanksgiving joke:
A young man named John received a parrot as a gift. The parrot had a bad attitude and an even worse vocabulary. Every word out of the bird's mouth was rude, obnoxious and laced with profanity.
John tried and tried to change the bird's attitude by consistently saying only polite words, playing soft music and anything else he could think of to "clean up" the bird's vocabulary. Finally, John was fed up and he yelled at the parrot. The parrot yelled back. John shook the parrot and the parrot got angrier and even ruder.
In desperation, John threw up his hands, grabbed the bird and put him in the freezer.
For a few minutes the parrot squawked and kicked and screamed. Then suddenly there was total quiet. Not a peep was heard for over a minute. Fearing that he'd hurt the parrot, John quickly opened the door to the freezer.
The parrot calmly stepped out onto John's outstretched arms and said, "I believe I may have offended you with my rude language and actions. I'm sincerely remorseful for my inappropriate transgressions and I fully intend to do everything I can to correct my rude and unforgivable behavior."
John was stunned at the change in the bird's attitude. As he was about to ask the parrot what had made such a dramatic change in his behavior, the bird continued...
"May I ask what the turkey did?"
Have a great holiday!
