Again I feel like the days just slip away and I can hardly remember what day of the week it is. This morning we were sitting outside with the dogs and I heard Dave's dogs making noise. I just started wondering why either he or Steph had stayed home from work. Then I realized it was Saturday. Funny how the mind can't remember the days of the week from one moment to the next. Haha.
Yesterday was, well, pretty much what I expected. Nothing worth really wasting time and writing about. Everything went fairly smoothly, but I wouldn't call it "fun". haha.
Today's been a pretty quiet day. Earlier this week Ron kept saying that he was closing tonight. Then somewhere mid-week he said that he somehow got switched to open today. So this morning he got up and left the house around 6-ish. I fell back to sleep and didn't think anything of it. A little after 8 a.m. suddenly the dogs are going crazy. Cheyenne was barking up a storm and they both had run out of the bedroom and down the stairs. I yelled for them to stop, but the didn't. So I rolled out of bed and walked down the hallway. I leaned over the railing and all I could see was a man's body standing at our front door. I backed up real quick and tried to figure out why some man was standing there. I hadn't heard a knock and so it seemed from the brief bit I was able to observe that someone was trying to break in! My heart started beating fast and I couldn't think of what to do as I heard the door open. Next thing I heard was Ron calling up to me "Hi honey, I'm home!" I peeked back over the railing and sure enough, it was him. Turns out he was scheduled to close tonight and not open. He had looked at the wrong week's schedule or something. So we went back to bed for a couple more hours. 8 a.m. is just too early to be up after going to bed later than 5 a.m. haha.
ChaCha is very addicting. Not just transcribing but also calling and asking questions. hehe. (The number if anyone's interested is: 1-800-2ChaCha - you just need to call from a cell phone because your answer gets text messaged back to you. Or you can go to ChaCha.com and ask that way.) I've been asking tons of questions for the fun of it. Sometimes they send back really WRONG answers, but some have been interesting.

This goes with the one the other day when I asked what the closest zoo was to West Milford and was told that there weren't any IN West Milford. NOT the question I asked.
